Angola has astrong demographic growth and a vibrant economy driven by the diversification mission, which has generated business opportunities in Industry, fisheries, agriculture and livestock and services. Nevertheless, oil exploration continues to be dominant.

Angola has a robust financial system with more than 20 banks operating, including some of foreign origin. The Stock Exchange (Bodiva) is consolidating and is expected to launch the stockmarket soon.

The economy is open to foreign investment and has recently altered regulation to facilitate investment and has implemented clear rules of competition, in line with international standards.
